If you are not satisfied with the product or it doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 14 days. You will need to email us. The return costs are charged to the buyer.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. Returns shall be made in the manner prescribed by the Seller within 14 days.

Defective goods shall be rectified, replaced or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Products can be returned if they are undamaged, unused, in good condition (labels intact, protective film not removed, etc.), and in their original packaging, as received from the Seller. Products should not be on the non-returnable items list.

Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

The warranty period for each product is determined by the manufacturer, so it will vary for each product. For more information, please contact us by email.

In this case, the Seller has the right to terminate the contract and inform the Buyer. An alternative product may be offered and if the Buyer refuses, the money will be refunded within 3 working days.

If the goods are collected by another person but have been delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer, no claims for incorrect delivery will be accepted.
